2025 - Assessment and Quick Catchup to modernize the new boat

During the survey, we will inspect the main engine and have it serviced to include changing the filters and all the fluids.

OK based on what we know about the boat here are the big ticket items:

1. Replace Standing and running rigging and sails

2. Upgrade electrical system to 24 VDC Lithium Solid State batteries

3. Replace/ Upgrade solar array and associated arch(s)

4. New hard dodger

5. Convert galley to electric

6. Modernize all instruments

7. Add Master Alarm Panel

8. Strip Hull, remediate any osmosis issues, replace thru holes, barrier coat, coppercoat

9. Upgrade ground tackle to modern standards

10. Replace anodes

11. Service Running gear (propeller swap?)
